Julius Lumsden is a British/American who studied at Oxford University and at the Camberwell School of Art.
Julius Lumsden’s work has been bought by such top retailers as Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Saks, Holt Renfrew, to name a few. He was a Fashion International NYC 2003 Nominee for The Rising Star Award and has throughout his career collaborated with brilliant creative individuals and companies. This includes designing three ballets for New York City Ballet. His design projects have been met with critical success and recognized throughout the world. His work has been featured in The New York Times, The New York Post, W Magazine, WWD, and In Style.
Julius Lumsden has been a Professor of Fashion Business, Branding, Marketing, Creative process, Trend Analysis, Collection Development, Color Design Theory and Fashion History at Parsons New School of Design, NYC, Academy of Art University, San Francisco and Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) San Francisco.
